A 13" feather fan made with blue macaw feathers. They are called "Military Macaw Feathers" because they are blue on one side and red on the other. There are also white fluffs around the bottom of the fan. The handle is covered in soft white leather. There is an additional 6" of fringe that hangs from the handle making the total length 19".
