The fan including the handle is 12" with an additional 7" of fringe made of twisted golden deerskin. Handmade by using serrated white feathers with golden stripes throughout. At the top and bottom of the handle are orange and blue seed beads. The handle is made with maliable golden brown leather, with touches of brown dye added to age the piece. Made in the mid 1990's.
