Crystal Buffalo strongly recommends for our customers to purchase shipping insurance for their purchases. The cost for the USPS insurance is $5.00. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages or purchased contents, and lost contents will not be replaced and purchases will not be refunded. In the event that a customer incurs a shipping mishap, it is their responsibility to address the shipping issue with the USPS. Crystal Buffalo is not liable for shipping mishaps. All packages and contents will be shipped by Crystal Buffalo in a perfect, well-wrapped and cushioned manner to ensure protection and safe delivery to the best of the company's ability. Shipping insurance is at the responsibility of the customer.

When you order from Crystal Buffalo, you consent to the collection and use of the following information:
