Frequently Asked Questions
We normally ship goods within 24 to 48 hours (Monday - Friday) of receiving your order. If we are unable to ship your order within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), then we will email you and inform you of the delay. Goods are sent using USPS, via Priority or Express Mail. International orders will be shipped via First Class International, by USPS, unless otherwise requested. Orders shipped USPS can have a delivery date anywhere from 2 to 5 days, depending on location and method of shipping.
Shipping and Insurance:
We will do our best to protect your purchase. We are not responsible for lost packages or damaged goods once they leave the site. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact USPS within 24 hours of receipt of the item to begin an insurance claim through USPS, if you purchased insurance coverage for your order. Please note that failure or delay to notify immediately may inhibit your ability to file a claim with USPS.
We strive to ensure that all of our customers who purchase from our website are satisified with their selections. We are unable, though, to issue refunds on any of our items, but do offer credits which can be used on any items available for sale on the Crystal Buffalo website. We require notification that you wish to return the item(s) within three days from delivery of the item to the address specified at the time of order. Please note that failure to notify us within the three days of receipt will negate your ability to return and exchange the item.
Please notify us, via email, of your intent to return the item for credit. You will receive a confirmation email from us.
*The item(s) must be returned to us, with proper packing, within 7 days from the confirmation email of your intent to return the items. The items must be in their unworn, unaltered, unopened and wear-ready condition. Any items that have been opened or used will not be accepted.
* The customer will receive a Merchandise Credit, which can only be applied to items available for sale on the Crystal Buffalo website. The Merchandise Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
* All shipping costs and paypal fees are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the credit amount.
There are no refunds or re-imbursements issued at any time.
